Corporate Coaching
COST: $600 PER MONTH
Through corporate coaching you will build up your team rapport and enhance your business. Each team member selects a leadership skill to practice during the session. One team member selects a session topic and goal. Through team collaboration, the group helps the team member clarify the topic and goal, problem-solve, and develop actions. The coach intervenes in the process to facilitate learning and improve the performance of the group.
